User Data Deletion

You do not need a myFORZA account to make this request. Email accounts@forzaglobal.com.au with the subject “myFORZA Meta data deletion request”, or use the Contact page. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other credentials.

To help us identify the correct connection, include as much of the following as you can:

• Your full name and a contact email address.
• The Facebook Page or Instagram professional account name, username, URL or account identifier involved, if known.
• The email address or other account details you used with Meta, if different from your contact email.
• An approximate date or timeframe for the connection, and any other detail that will help us locate it.

myFORZA's current Meta integration is used with Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. Depending on the connection, it may hold the account or Page identifier and display information; Instagram username, account type, profile image URL and follower or media counts; Facebook Page category, fan count and available Page task information; and the selected Page's link to an Instagram account.

myFORZA may also hold connection status, permissions, connection and sync dates, limited connection-error details, and the authorisation information needed to operate the connection. This page does not display any connection or credential information.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to make the request. Once the relevant connection has been identified and the request can be actioned, we will disconnect the applicable Facebook or Instagram connection and clear stored authorisation information used solely for that connection.

We will also delete connection information that is no longer required. Some information may need to be retained where required by Australian law or for legitimate employment, safety, security, audit, dispute or other record-keeping obligations. Where retention applies, disconnecting the Meta integration prevents myFORZA from continuing to use the connection.
