Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access or use myFORZA as an employee, contractor or other authorised user.

Authorised use

myFORZA is an internal workforce platform. Use it only for your work, employment administration and other purposes authorised by Forza. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared.

Your information and access

  • Provide accurate information and promptly report anything that needs correction.
  • Use only the records and functions permitted for your role.
  • Protect passwords, verification codes, access links and confidential information.
  • Do not copy, disclose or use employee or business information for an unauthorised purpose.

Access may change, be suspended or end when your duties or employment change. Forza may preserve records and audit history after access ends where needed for employment, legal, safety, security or operational purposes.

Acceptable use and security

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable workplace policies and reasonable security directions. Report suspected unauthorised access, disclosure or security incidents promptly.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It is supporting information only and must be checked against official records and qualified human advice before employment, payroll, legal, safety or compliance action is taken. Read the AI Use Notice.

Availability and changes

The portal may be changed, restricted or temporarily unavailable. Material changes to these terms will be communicated, and myFORZA may ask you to acknowledge the current version. A recorded acknowledgement does not replace any rights or obligations that apply independently of these terms.
