Appropriate use of the HR Portal
The portal is provided for legitimate work purposes only — for example:
- Viewing and updating your own employee profile and details.
- Completing onboarding, training, compliance and acknowledgements.
- Managing leave, expenses and other HR tasks relevant to your role.
- Accessing records you are authorised to view as part of your job.
Prohibited behaviour
- Accessing, copying or sharing information you are not authorised to see.
- Using another person's account, or letting someone use yours.
- Attempting to bypass security controls or access restrictions.
- Uploading malicious, unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
- Using the portal for personal, commercial or non-work purposes.
Account security
Keep your password confidential, sign out on shared devices, and enable any additional verification offered. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Respectful and lawful use
Treat colleagues' personal information as strictly confidential and use the portal in a way that is respectful, professional and compliant with applicable laws and Forza Global policies.
Reporting issues
If you notice a security problem, a mistake in your records, or any misuse of the portal, report it via the Contact page or Help & Support.
Consequences of misuse
Misuse of the portal may result in suspension of access and disciplinary action in line with Forza Global's policies, and where appropriate, may be referred to the relevant authorities.
