Use of the portal

The portal is made available to current Forza employees and authorised contractors for internal HR purposes. Access is personal to you and must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accuracy of information

You agree to keep the information in your profile accurate and current. While we take care to maintain correct records, you should report any discrepancy so it can be corrected promptly.

Access and permissions

Access is granted on a role basis and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time — for example when your role changes or your employment ends. You must only use the access you have been granted.

Availability of the service

  • The portal is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be offline for maintenance.
  • We aim to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Planned maintenance is communicated where practical.

Changes to the portal

We may update the portal, its features and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
